Ingredients

  1. 1 bunchspring onions chopped.
  2. 2 clovegarlic, crushed
  3. 1oil
  4. 45 mlThai green curry paste
  5. 1few drops of sesame seed oil
  6. 2 canshredded tuna. I use one can in water and one can in oil
  7. 1red pepper, diced
  8. 45 mlchopped fresh coriander
  9. 1few drops of soy sauce
  10. 4eggs whisked
  11. 125 mlcoconut milk
  12. 1salt and pepper
  13. 1copied fresh coriander
  14. 45 mlflour

  1. 1

    grease the hollows of a silicone cup cake moulds or silicone muffin moulds worth nonstick spray.

  2. 2

    saute the spring onions and garlic in a little oil until soft. Add the curry paste and sesame oil and mix and remove from heat.

  3. 3

    drain the tuna and after to the spring onions with the red pepper, coriander and soy sauce.

  4. 4

    whisk the eggs, coconut milk, salt and pepper to taste and cake flour and add to the tuna mixture. mix well and spoon into the silicone moulds.

  5. 5

    microwave for 7 minutes or until mixture is firm.

  6. 6

    you can make a zesty salsa by chopping tomatoes, coriander and a few drops of tabasco and serve with the Tartlets.
