  • 125 mloil
  • 2eggs
  • 1 cupsoft brown sugar
  • 5 mlvanilla essence
  • 500 mlmilk
  • 5 mlsalt
  • 250 mlnuttyweat flour
  • 375 mlplain cake flour
  • 500 mldigestive bran
  • 250 mlcoconut
  • 1 cuphoney
  • 1 canpureed apple
  • 10 mlbicarb of soda
  • 5 mlbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    whisk eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla essence and milk together

  2. 2

    add rest of ingredients

  3. 3

    allow to stand in fridge for at least one day

  4. 4

    spoon into greased muffin pan and bake at 180°F for 10-15 minutes
