I love using canned soups as a base for my sauces and dishes. This is great served with pasta, potatoes or rice. It is also easy and quick.

I love using canned soups as a base for my sauces and dishes. This is great served with pasta, potatoes or rice. It is also easy and quick.
Steps

Heat oil in deep skillet and season both sides of chops with salt and pepper.

Sear on both sides for a few min until the are browned.
- 3
Mix soup, milk and roasted garlic. Pour over chops and bring to a boil.
- 4
Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 30-45min until tender. Thicken sauce if needed
- 5
Serve with your choice of sides!
