1 cupMayonnaise
2 Tbsppowdered buttermilk
1 tspCoarse fresh ground black pepper
1 pinchGround red pepper
1/8 tspgarlic powder
1Optional - 1/8 tsp paprika (pinch only)
1/2 cupwater (if thick, add up to another 1/2 cup)

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well.
2. Cover bowl and chill dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Makes 1-1/2 cups
