Ingredients

  1. 3boneless chicken breasts
  2. 1/4 tsppepper
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 3 tbspbutter
  5. 1 1/2 cupwhipping cream
  6. 3 tbsporange marmalade
  7. 2 tbspDijon mustard
  8. 1/2 cupchopped toasted pecans

Cooking Instructions

    Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces.

    Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    In large skillet, melt butter.

  4. 4

    Cook chicken over medium high heat for 10 minutes.

    Remove chicken from skillet.

  6. 6

    Reduce heat to medium, add whipping cream, marmalade, and mustard, stir well.

  7. 7

    Add chicken, sprinkle with pecans, and cook 8 minutes or until sauce thickens.

  8. 8

    Serve over rice, if desired.
