Ingredients

  • 1 cupSabudana
  • 3/4 cupCoconut powder
  • 1/2 cupor to taste Sugar
  • 1 cupAngoori petha grated
  • 1 tspElaichi powder
  • 5-6Unsalted butter/ Refined Oil
  • 3 tbspNuts (mixed) chopped
  • 5-6 tbspMilk for mixing and binding pinni

Steps

  1. 1

    Dry roast sabudana on slow flame till light golden. It will take few mins. Switch off the flame. Cool it. Grind it in a mixer to a fine powder. Keep aside.

    Now in the same kadai dry roast coconut powder for 4-5 min. Switch off the flame. Add powdered sabudana and elaichi powder. Mix well.
    Now add sugar and mix.

  3. 3

    Heat butter/oil in pan. Slow the flame add nuts to it and fry till golden. Switch off the flame. Add this mixture in sabudana coconut mix. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Add grated petha in this mixture. Mix well. Now add milk 1 tbsp at a time and start binding it with hands. Make small pinnis. Keep it in air tight jar in fridge.

    Sabudana pinnis are ready to serve.
