In a preheat cooker saute cumin seeds

Add tomatos paste saute well add ginger paste, all spices and little water.

Saute well until it's start leaving the base

Add Patatoes, little water mix well. Add more water if required. After 2whistle, off the gas. Open only when all pressure is released.

Then add paneer cubes and cook it on slow flame for 2-3m. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with roti or rice
