    Sabse pahle ek taraf aalu aur chana ko ubaal le,aur dusri taraf palak soya aur usi me tamatar aur pyaaj bhi ubal le

    Palak wala sari sabjee ko tamatar aur pyaaj ke sath barik pees le,aur ek tarf aalu ko cheel le,

    Ab ek kadhiya chada de,

  4. 4

    Ab isme kata aalu aur hara chana ko bina oil ke hi dal ke chalati rahein,

  5. 5

    Jab pan me aalu halka sa lagne lage to usme palak tamatar wala paste dal ke chala de,

  6. 6

    Ab usme upar se red chilli sos 1 tisp dal chini,heeng,badi aur choti elayachi dal ke namak bhi add kar de

  7. 7

    Hari dhaniya se garnish kar ke chapati ke sath garam garam hi sarv karein.
