Cut the bottle gourd finely.

Heat oil in a pan for 2 minutes. Add nigella seeds and green chilli

Then add coriander, cumin powder and turmeric powder.

Add bottle gourd with salt and sugar, mix properly. Cover the pan and allow it to cook till it becomes tender.

Remove the cover and let the excess water release. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Garnish with coriander leaves and tomato.
