Potato corn patties
Steps

Combine the corn and potatoes, coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, garam masala, lemon juice in a deep bowl mix well.

Divide mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion into a small patties..
- 3
Now heat oil in a non stick Tawa, place the patties on it and cook on a medium flame till they are golden brown in colour from both sides.
- 4
Serve hot with green chutney and tamarind chutney.
