
Easy funnel cakes (baked)

Cooking Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F

Turn on stove top
- 3
Add water, milk, butter, salt and white sugar to saucepan

Let it mixture come to a boil. Do not stir.

Add flour and stir until mixture combines or becomes a ball.

Mix in brown sugar and remove saucepan from heat.

Turn off stove and let mixture cool for ten minutes.

Add one egg and stir until its completely mixed in.

Add second egg and repeat step 8.

Add final mixture into your half gallon bag and set aside.

Spray cooking pan generously with cooking spray.

Carefully cut off a small corner of your gallon bag.

Squeeze desired cake patterns onto cooking pan. Leave space in between each separate cake.

Bake for twenty minutes or until golden.

Place finished funnel cakes onto waxed paper.

Sift powdered sugar onto cakes.
