- Boil Water
- Add Eggs
- Add Soy Bean Paste
- Add Bonito Fish Stock

After soup is boiled
- Add Seaweed
- Add Tofu
- Add Mushrooms

Udon Noodles:
- Boil noodles with water separately
- Cook until soft

Put Noodles in the Soup
