Steps

Add milk, egg, salt and sugar in to the mixing bowl

Add flour
- 3
Add yeast to the top of the flour, make sure it does not touch the liquid ingredient

Start the "dough" program, until the kneading process is finished
- 5
Add butter to the dough
- 6
Start the "sweet bread" program, 1.5lbs loaf size, choose desired crust color ( I like light crust for a softer result)
- 7
Take the bread out onto cooling rack immediately after finished. Enjoy it warm or after it is cooled down.
