2 servings
  1. 1Tomatoe
  2. 4Talapia Fillets
  3. 1 clovegarlic
  4. 1/2Onion,chopped
  5. 1/2 tspSalt
  6. 1/4 tspPepper
  7. 1/4 tspCumin
  8. 1/4 tspThyme,dried or fresh
  9. 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    In a skillet, heat a table spoon of olive oil and add the onions and garlic, cook until tender then add the tomatoes and seasonings then add the water

  2. 2

    Bring the water to a boil then add the Talapia fillets, cover and let it simmer over Med./low heat untill Done.
