Ingredients

  1. Rice
  2. Atarodo (I used 4)
  3. Tomatoes
  4. Onion
  5. Salt
  6. Maggi
  7. Thyme
  8. Vegetable oil
  9. Tomato paste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Heat up the vegetable oil for a few minutes, add the tomato paste and sliced onions and fry together.

  2. 2

Pour the blended pepper into the mix and let it cook. Add salt, maggi and seasoning to taste

  3. 3

Once the pepper is cooked, add the rice and put enough water to cook the rice. If the water isn't enough, add a bit more but only sparingly.

  4. 4

Lower the heat until the rice is fully cooked. Add sliced onion and tomato to garnish.
