Sorse potol(parwal cooked in mustard seeds)
Steps

Peel off the parwal and give a cut at both the ends

Make a paste of mustard seeds, poppy seeds,green chilli and salt.

Heat a pan and fry the parwals adding salt and turmeric powder.

Cover it for a while till the parwals get cooked properly

Add the paste and mix well by adding sugar.

Sorse potol is ready.
