1 cupdry roasted moong daal
1/2 bottlegourd peeled and cut into cubes
1 teaspooncelery seeds
1dry red chilli
1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil
As neededwarm

Heat oil in a wok add oil and tamper the celery seeds and red chilli

Add the gourd cubes saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Add the moong daal and combine well
4

Add water and cover it for 10 mnts or till the whole thing get cooked
