Ingredients

2Boil mashed potatoes
Wheat flour dough for roti
1Finely chopped onion
to tasteSalt, Red Chilli powder and pepper
as neededGhee

Steps

Take a ball of dough, make round roti, keep 1 spoon mashed potatoes and onion mixture and seal it nicely to make roti again.

Cook both side on tawa like paratha.

Serve with butter and curd.
