This is the best salmon I've ever tried. It was soft & juicy.

Preheat the oven's broiler & set the oven rack at about 6 inches from the heat. Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.

Season the salmon with salt & pepper. Arrange the salmon on the prepared cookie sheet.

In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar & Dijon mustard. Spoon the mixture on top of the salmon fillets.

Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
