Ingredients

  • 100 gRaspberries
  • 100 gcranberries
  • 1/4beet root
  • 1 tspsugar (optional)
  • 1/4 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the fruits well, and put in blender jar,

  2. 2

    Blend till its smooth enough to sieve,add sugar,if in need, my l do without sugar.

  3. 3

    Sieve and put in a large glass,enjoy your healthy glass of juice
