Buy some pesto (or look up how to make it, but that is a bit too labor intensive / time consuming for me).

Wash the romaine lettuce leafs (which will act as sandwich wrap), and dice the tomatoes; set aside.

Season two chicken breasts with salt, pepper and half a lemon. Grill and use two forks to shred. (Grill the pine nuts real quick too, if you like).

Put the shredded chicken, the yogurt, the pesto, the tomato, and some pine nuts in a bowl and mix.

Drop the mozzarella on the romaine wrap and add chicken from the bowl.
