1onion, chopped
1pepper
2garlic cloves
1 tspchili powder
1 tsppaprika
1 tspground cumin
500 gramsmince
1 cankidney beans
1beef stock cube
1 canchopped tomatoes
2 tbsptomato puree

Fry onion for 5 minutes, then add garlic and pepper, chili powder, paprika and cumin

Brown mince then add to pan

Crumble stock cube into 300ml water. Add this and chopped tomatoes to pan. Then add puree

Simmer for 20 mins until reduced

Drain beans, add to pan, cook 10mins
