First cut all the vegetables

Wash and soak the saymak rice for a while

Take a wok and add cumin seeds, black pepper, green chili and add all the vegetables one by one

Now add saymak rice, fox nuts and salt and mix it well

Add 3 katori water and cover with lid on low flame

Check after ten minutes yummy vrat saymak rice is ready to eat

Enjoy this vrat rice

Serve with curd and paneer bhurji
