I love oriental food and this recipe is quick, easy and delicious. This can be cooked in a tamogoyaki pan but an ordinary pan works just as well.

I love oriental food and this recipe is quick, easy and delicious. This can be cooked in a tamogoyaki pan but an ordinary pan works just as well.
Steps

Mix all ingredients into a bowl.

Heat a pan and brush a small amount of oil onto the pan.

Pour out some of the mixture onto the hot pan and allow it to cook.

Fold the thin layer of cooked mixture several times until it is all on one side of the pan.

Brush some more oil onto the pan.
- 6
Repeat the first step, moving the egg roll so the new mixture layer can surround it.

Fold as before.
- 8
Repeat steps until all the mixture is used up.

Remove from the pan and serve!
