  • 16Frozen or Homemade Meatballs (Beef, Chicken, Turkey or Tuna)
  • 1 cupMixed Sweet Pepper (Chopped)
  • 1 cupMushroom (Sliced)
  • 1/2 cupOnions (Chopped)
  • 2Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 3Garlic Cloves (Chopped)
  • 2 tbspSambal Oelek or Scirracha (Use more or less as desired... substitute with a different spice if you prefer)

    Lightly spray a large skillet and brown meatballs.

  2. 2

    Add remaining ingredients.

  3. 3

    Stir fry for approximately 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Serve with white rice.
