Ingredients

  • 4 eachboneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 ozbox of zatarains yellow rude mix, cooked according to directions
  • 1 cupcheddar cheese
  • 10 1/2 ozcan cream of chicken soup
  • 15 ozcan whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 largeonion, chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    place chicken in bottom of crockpot

  2. 2

    scatter chopped onions over top

  3. 3

    spoon soup over top

  4. 4

    cover and cook on low 7-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours

  5. 5

    a few minutes before serving, add in rice, corn and cheese

  6. 6

    stir to combine and serve
