Steps

Peel potatoes and boil them for 5mins.

Drain the water and sprinkle cumming seeds and salt on the potatoes.

Deep fry the potatoes

When ready set aside.

Dip the smokies in the 1 beaten egg, then dip on breadcrumbs ensure the smokies are coated all over with the breadcrumbs.

Deep fry the smokies in low heat.

Serve while hot. Enjoy....
