Ingredients

  1. 50 gmsmakhane
  2. 1 litremilk
  3. 1 tspfennel powder (optiona)
  4. 4-5 tspjaggery powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take milk in pot

  2. 2

    Boil it

  3. 3

    Roast the makahan

  4. 4

    Add the makhane after boiling milk

  5. 5

    Cook till makhane till tendered

  6. 6

    When makahne cook and reduce the milk

  7. 7

    Switch off the flame

  8. 8

    Add jaggery and mix it well

  9. 9

    Keep it in refrigerator for 2hrs and then served and garnish with some dry fruits
