  1. 1 1/2 lbpeeled and washed carrots
  2. 1 tspsalt
  3. 1/4 cupmirin
  4. 1/4 cupwater
  5. 1 tspcornstarch
  6. 14 ozcan of vegetable broth

Steps

  1. 1

    to a hot pot add carrots add mirin let it cook almost gone

    add broth and salt cook 7 minutes mix water and cornstarch add to carrots stir well till thickens
