  1. 1spring onion
  2. 1 tbspblack pepper
  3. 3Potatoes
  4. 1salt
  5. 1black salt
  6. 1mixed spices
  7. 1 tspSoya

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Fry onions and garlic in a med pot in oil

  2. 2

    Add potatoes

  3. 3

    Add any other vegetables ie I add broccoli

  4. 4

    Heat about 20 to 25 min cover lid

  5. 5

    Try to remove oil as much as possible. Stir ocassionly

  6. 6

    Serve with ketchup and drink. Finish
