First chop all vegetables. And arrange the masalas

Take a kadai. Heat it in med flame. Put oil in it. And heat the oil.

Now add the sabut Jeera. Stir till it start to crackel.

Now add haldi powder, Dhaniya powder, red chilli powder and stir for 30 secs. Now add potatoes and stir fry for 2 mins. Now put in cauliflower and cook for 3-4 mins in med flame.

Than add the slit chilli, tomatoes, and green peas and mix it well. Cook for 2-3 mins and add garam masala and salt. Mix it and cook for 4-5 mins with covered lid.

Than sprinkle chopped corriender and cover the lid and cook on low flame for 3-4 mins.

Serve with Rotis, naan, Paratha....
