Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmung soaked 2_3 hours
  2. 5-6 green chillies
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1 tbspGinger paste
  5. to tsteSalt
  6. 7-8Kokam soaked
  7. 2Potatoes cut in big size
  8. 10-12Gavar fali
  9. 2Drumsticks cut in medium size
  10. neededWater
  11. 1 tbspTurmeric Powder, red chilli powder
  12. 1 tbspRai,Jira, methidana, hing
  13. as neededOil
  14. Coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In cooker add soaked mung, tomato, green chillies, ginger paste and salt give 3 whistle

  2. 2

    After blend it and add some water (as you required)

  3. 3

    Now add the veggies (potatoes, drumsticks, gavar fali etc) and cook on slow flame for 5 min

    Add soak kokam, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt

  5. 5

    After that cover the cooker and put it on medium flame and give 1 whistle

  6. 6

    Now time to give tadka

  7. 7

    Take 2 tbsp oil in kadhai and heat it then add rai, Jira, methidana, hing when it's sprinkle add in to the kadhi

  8. 8

    Garnish with coriander leaves and serve it with rice...
