1 tspred chilli powder
1 tspmustard seeds
2-3 tbspmustard oil
1/2dry mango powder (amchur)
1 tbspcoriander seeds crushed
to tasteRock salt

Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds and mustard seeds saute till it change colour.

Add rock salt and stir, add red chilli powder, crushed coriander seeds, dry mango powder.

Add potatoes and stir carefully till the masala covers all the potatoes..

Serve hot with kuttu pudi & raita..
