Soak the bulgur, then run it through a meat grinder or food processor with the onion.

Add the ground beef, salt, and black pepper, and knead the mixture well.

Soak wooden skewers in a little water. Shape the kibbeh mixture onto the skewers, either as balls or like kebabs. Place them in a preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Serve with plain yogurt. Enjoy, it's very delicious!
