Ingredients

  1. 2.2 lbsground beef with some fat (1 kilogram)
  2. 1large onion, quartered
  3. 1 cupfine bulgur, soaked briefly in water (about 150 grams)
  4. Salt
  5. Black pepper
  6. 1 bunchparsley

Steps

    Soak the bulgur, then run it through a meat grinder or food processor with the onion.

    Add the ground beef, salt, and black pepper, and knead the mixture well.

  3. 3

    Soak wooden skewers in a little water. Shape the kibbeh mixture onto the skewers, either as balls or like kebabs. Place them in a preheated oven and bake for about 45 minutes. Serve with plain yogurt. Enjoy, it's very delicious!
