Ingredients

Serves 5 servings
  1. 2 sheetspuff pastry
  2. 1 sliceham
  3. 1 1/2 ozBrie cheese (about 40 grams)
  4. poppy seeds
  5. milk

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

    Chop or cut the ham.

    Cut the Brie cheese into pieces.

  2. 2

    Place one sheet of puff pastry on a mini tart or pastry mold and brush it with milk.

  3. 3

    Add some ham and a piece of cheese into each cavity.

    Place the second sheet of puff pastry on top and use a rolling pin to cut out the shapes for the pastries.

  4. 4

    Turn the mold over, tap it on the counter to release the pastries, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. 5

    Brush each pastry with milk, sprinkle with poppy seeds, and bake for 15 minutes.

    Enjoy.
