For Dosa batter :
Mix all ingredients in a mixer grinder and make powder. In a bowl take 2 tbsp of powder and make thin batter. Keep aside. - 2
For Masala :
Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and peanuts and saute for a min. - 3
Add green chilli
Add boiled potatoes and senda namak and mix well. - 4
For yogurt dip :
In a mixer grinder make paste by adding all ingredients. Dip is ready.

Now heat non-stick griddle and grease it. Pour batter very carefully by spreading all over. Drizzle little oil and cook till crispy and golden brown.

Serve hot with masala and yogurt dip.
