7-8Sultanas
1Carrots
1/4 thPineapple
3Maize and beans(githeri)
1 teaspoonArrowroots
1Onion
as neededOil
1 teaspoonDhania

Prepare the carrots and pineaples and with sultanas to make the salad

Fry the arrow roots and add the githeri and some soy sauce.Let it cook for sometime.

Add some water and the soup thickens.

Let it cook til it's ready add some dhania.

Serve and enjoy.
