Ingredients

20 minutes
2 servings
  • 250 gramsaboodana
  • 200 gram potato
  • 100 gram roasted Singh dana
  • to tasteSindhoo Mithu
  • 2 tablespoonginger and chilli paste or to taste
  • 1/2lemon or to taste
  • 1/2teaspoonsugar in combination with lemon
  • 2 tablespoonSinghada flour for binding
  • 1/4 bowlCoriander leaves
  • as needed Oil for deep fry
  • 1 teaspoonroasted jeera powder
  • ingredients for Chutney..
  • 1bundel coriander leaves
  • 1/2bundel mint leaves
  • 1/2 bowlSingh dana
  • 1/4 bowlraisin
  • to tasteSindhoo salt
  • 1tamarind
  • 2 tablespoonginger and chilli paste

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak saboodana in water.Same proportion of water should be used for soaking

  2. 2

    Now in the next morning sieve the water well out of it

  3. 3

    Boil and peel potatoes

  4. 4

    Mash the potatoes and add saboodana in it and mix well.

  5. 5

    Now add all other ingredients specified in this and mix well.

  6. 6

    Now brush oil on your palms and make heart shape tikkis or as you like from this mixture.

  7. 7

    Now deep fry these tikkis till golden brown.

  8. 8

    And your yummy tikkis are ready

    Serve with Chutney

    Ingredients for Chutney...

    Mix all ingredients

    Grind it to a fine paste

  13. 13

    Your chutney is ready.
