Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 cupshredded cabbage
  2. 1/2 cupshredded Brussel sprout
  3. 2small thinly sliced potatos
  4. 1large greated carrot
  5. 1/2 cupchopped snowpeas
  6. 1 cupchopped cauliflower
  7. 1/2 cupchopped broccoli
  8. 1 tbspapple cider vinegar
  9. 1/2 tbspcurry powder
  10. 1/2 tspgarlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Spray a frypan with olive oil and allow to heat up

  2. 2

    Add potatos to the pan and fry for about 5 min

  3. 3

    Add all the other vegetables and garlic mix well

  5. 5

    Turn heat down after about 10 min and keep stirring so nothing sticks to the bottom of the pan

  6. 6

    After vegetables feel mostly soft add apple cider vinegar and curry powder. Mix very well so all vegetables get coated

  7. 7

    You can add salt and pepper to taste or a dash of soy sauce

  8. 8

    Serve as a side dish and enjoy. I prefer it with sausages or white meat
