Wash and peel mango and then remove the pulp and keep aside

Heat pan and put milk and boil now put citric acid slowly stire it,milk starts crudle now add mango pulp and stire it cook for 10 minutes

Now add milk powder stire it time to time
Now add sugar stire well - 4
Soak saffron in 1 tbsp warm milk

When Mixture became thik add saffron and cardamom powder

Stire continuesly till mixture separate from pan

Take a plate apply ghee and put mixture and cool it

Aam pak is ready,Cut in pieces

Garnish with chopped nuts
