Steps

In a bowl add turmeric, cumin, coriander, chilli and Kashmiri chilli powder with some hot water and make a thick paste.

Wash fish pieces and marinated them with turmeric and salt. Heat pan, add mustard oil

Fry the fish pieces.

Then in the exes oil saute the whole spices,cumin,tejpata and dried chilli.

Then fry the chopped onion, till it golden brown.

Now one by one add onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli paste, and fry.

When 1/2done,add tomato pieces and char magaz paste.

Now add salt and slite sugar.

Now add the Spice paste and stirr well in a low flame.

Add curd and mustard paste.

When oil comes out from the mixture add water.

When the water gets boiled, add fishes.

At the end add1 teaspoon of garam masala powder.
