Soak the sama for an hour..

Soak the peanuts also

Chopped the potato chilli and tomatoes

Take a vessel add ghee jeera.. Add potato..saute it

Now add tomatoes also and salt.. Saute it.. Roast it for 2 minutes than cover it for 5 minutes.

Now add soaked sama rice in it add water cover it and cook for 10 minutes

Khichdi is ready... Eat with curd
