Ingredients

1 1/3 lbSalmon filet
1/2 cupMiso paste
3 tbspBrown sugar
1Lemon juice
1/3 cupWater
1 1/2 tbspMinced garlic

Steps

Mix all ingredients together, adding lemon juice to taste and water to make the consistency of a bbq sauce

Cover salmon in sauce

Place salmon on lightly greased baking sheet. Broil on high for 7 minutes or until salmon is cooked to taste.
