Rice kichadi is a common comfort food eaten all over India. It is made in different ways in different region. Here it is the simplest way is to just cook rice and moong dal with others ingredients in cooker and serve in hot.
Steps

Wash and drain water of rice and moong dal.

Grind coarsely curry leaves, green chilli, coriander leaves 1 tsp, jeera 1/2 tsp, Cashews 1 tsp, ginger.

Heat ghee in pressure cooker.

Add cumin, cashews and fry.

Add onion chopped fry until translucent.
- 6
Add dal, rice, salt, water, ground mixture, mix well by stirring.

Cover and cook to 3-4 whistles.

Allow it to cool down until pressure goes off.

Open the lid, stir once garnish with few cashews and coriander leaves.

Serve.
