Steps

At first prepare the stuffing.

Dry roast the cumin,bayleaf, red chilli, cardamom, cinnamon and cloves and grind it to a smooth powder. Your bhaja masala is ready.

Add some oil in a pan and add the hing.

Once you get the aroma, add the peas paste.

Add some salt and sugar as per your taste. Let it be a beat sweetish.

Saute it very well.

Once the extra water from it dissapears and it seems to become a beat dry, add the bhaja masala.

Mix them very well and remove it from the flame. You stuffing is ready

Take a bowl, add the maida and aata along with the salt and the oil. Knead it very well with some water.

Make some balls out of it

Take each of the balls. Make a depression with your fingers

Add the stuffing in it

Lock the open ends very well with your fingers

Flatten it with your palm

Flatten them with a rolling pin.

Add some oil in a wok and deep fry each of them.

Your kachuris are ready to be served
