  • 1minced onion and garlic
  • 3/4 cupketchup
  • 1/2 cupchopped bell pepper
  • 2 1/2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbspprepared. mustard
  • 1 1/2 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tspchili powder

    brown beef, onion and garlic.

    coat slow cooker with cooking spray

  3. 3

    add beef to slow cooker

  4. 4

    mix remaining ingredients

  5. 5

    add to slowcooker

  6. 6

    cook on low for 6 to 8 hrs

  7. 7

    serve over buns, potatoes, turnip, or cauliflower. etc...
