Chopped the dry fruits and keep aside.

Take milk in a wide bottomed pan on medium flame keep stirring about 10 minutes.

Then add sugar, cook for 5 minutes add cardamom powder add chopped dry fruits, and grated paneer cook for 10 minutes.

Add rose water & stir.

Serve paneer payasam hot or chilled.
