Adobong Sitaw na Pina

Pork Adobo w Pineapple and String Beans or Adobong Sitaw at Pina I love to level up my Adobo there nothing with traditional but I just like to bring it up a notch. At first It was supposed to be Adobong Sitaw then I thought how about Hawaiian Adobo then why not kill 2 birds w 1 stone so I combined them so this what I came up with.

Steps

In hot pan and oil sauté garlic, until fragrant onions and grated ginger.

Cook meat until color turns brown when meat turns brown add some peppercorns then add Adobo sauce, and pineapple juice bring to slight boil.

Then simmer cover simmer until meat is tender then add string beans and pineapple tidbits. Simmer check if string beans is crunchy but cooked.

Turn off heat and serve on hot rice.
