Cut potatoes in half and boil potatoes for 13 minutes. They should not be done.

Finely chop the greens.

Remove potatoes and drain.

Add oil caraway seeds greens and potatoes to the now empty pot and stir thoroughly to coat.

Roast in single layer on baking sheet under broiler for about 10 minutes and then turn and roast for another 5 minutes. Potatoes should become crisp.
