4 tbsproasted garlic hummus
4 tbspfat free plain yogurt
1/4 tspdried oregano
1/2 smallonion thinly sliced
1/4 cupCrumbled reduced fat feta cheese
4Spinach or lettuce leaves shredded
1 slicebottle of fresh hot peppers( optional)
1ground black pepper
1/2 smallseedless cucumber peeled & chopped

Cut the pitas in half. Open carefully

spread 1 tablespoon each of the hummus and yogurt into each pocket

Season lightly with oregano and black pepper

Stuff with the cucumber onion cheese lettuce and hot peppers
